How fast are the alerts?
We check FIXR every 15 seconds, so an alert usually reaches your inbox 5–20 seconds after tickets go on sale. Turn on notifications for your mail app so you see it instantly.
Does it buy tickets for me?
No — you buy on FIXR exactly as normal. We just make sure you're first to know. The alert's link opens the event straight in the FIXR app.
What if an event is announced before tickets are on sale?
We wait. You get one alert at the moment tickets genuinely open — not when the event first appears as "coming soon".
How do I cancel?
Use the form below and pick "Cancel my subscription". You'll keep alerts until the end of the month you've paid for, then you won't be charged again.
